Dr. Delwen Franzen is a researcher at the QUEST Center for Responsible Research at the Berlin Institute of Health @ Charité – Universitätsmedizin. Her research includes several projects on responsible research practices at an institutional level, with a current focus on Open Access and clinical research transparency. Prior to QUEST, she conducted a PhD in Systemic Neurosciences at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany and supported the evaluation and monitoring of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships at the Research Executive Agency of the European Commission.
